Ocean Safety Summit

Greetings all. We’re just over a month away from the 2025 Ocean Safety Summit and are excited about this year’s lineup. Day #1 will highlight Alo Slebir, the 2025 XXL Biggest Wave Winner. Alo will share his experiences surfing big waves worldwide and developing his risk management plan. Along with Alo, we have Master Surf Forecaster, Mark Sponsler. Mark will share her experience surfing and forecasting big swells at Mavericks. We will also have Air Station San Francisco Helicopter Pilot, and Rescue Swimmer, amongst other safety professionals.
Day #1 will happen on November 12th at 9:am at the Old Princeton Landing in Princeton by the Sea. Day #1 is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
Day #2 [11/13/25] is an exclusive opportunity for safety crews, big-wave surfers, and PWC Photographers who want to learn how to interact with water safety. We need to get a head count for day #2 water ops, as there will only be 35 to 40 slots available.
